I am taking my NCLEX and PTE exam, is your property close to Pearson Center?

Yes it is! The Pearson Vue Testing Center is just an 8min walk or 550m away from Air Residences. You can check the Pearson's location here. 

I intend to stay in your place for more than 2 days. Can I prepare food from there?

Yes you can! The unit has a kitchen, range hood, basic tools and dishware that you can use to prepare a meal. 

Note that the building also has restaurants, grocery and convenience store in case you decide to dine out. 

Do you have a parking space?

Yes. It is located in Basement 3. Daily parking rate applies. 

Can I use the pool facility?

Yes. There's a fee of P150/ guest on regular days and P300/guest on holidays. The swimming pool use is limited to only two (2) guests.
